We’re excited to share an important update about the next chapter of Lead Like Big Mama. After listening to our community and reflecting on how we can serve you more consistently, we’re moving our content and updates to Substack starting in January, 2026.
Our new home:
Why the move? Substack gives us a space that feels more like sitting at Big Mama’s kitchen table or in the living room. A place where we can gather, listen, reflect, learn, and build an intergenerational leadership community grounded in wisdom, compassion, and courage. It also allows us to offer:
Practical leadership and nonprofit management tools
Generational stories and reflections from lived experiences
Exclusive updates on grants, fellowships, and training opportunities
